How do I get my festival bracelet?
Your ticket can be picked up from 2nd September 2011 at the SUNANDBASS check-in desk at hotel "Al Faro" in Via del Tirreno, 08020 San Teodoro during the official opening hours. In order to get your festival tickets, please bring this booking receipt and a valid ID (e.g. passport, ID card, driver license). During Check In we also ask you to fill in a form which we will hand out on site. If you want to download and fill it already please CLICK HERE. It will speed up the process if you have everything in place already.

Are there full week and single tickets available and how much are they?
Full week and single tickets are available at check in desk or at the club. Please note all tickets are strictly subject to availability. If we have reached maximum capacity we cannot guarantee entrance unless you are a ticket holder.
If available a single ticket is 25 EUR, full week tickets purchased on Friday (03.09.) and Saturday (04.09.)
are 160 EUR.

What are the opening hours check in desk?
The SUNANDBASS check in desk is opened:
Friday, 2 Sep from 5 to 7 pm
Saturday, 3 Sep from 5 to 7 pm
Sunday 4 September from 5 to 7 pm
Please note that you have to arrive within the opening hours to get your festival bracelets handed out by our staff!

What happens if I cannot make it for the official check in due to a late arrival?
You may come to the club from 11:30 and purchase a single ticket for the date for 25 EUR and enter the club. On the next day please bring your entrance ticket from the night before and all the necessary documents (see Question 1). We will then reimburse the single ticket you have paid for and hand out your full week bracelet.

Is there an info desk during the week?
Apart from the official check in times above, we are available at Hotel "Al Faro" in Via del Tirreno, 08020 San Teodoro every day from 5 to 6 pm. Please visit us for any requests you may have on the event and program.
